Plot Works delivered the Steve Woodcock Sports Centre car park upgrade for Campbelltown City Council, improving access and adding more parking around the sporting precinct. The works included earthworks, drainage, stormwater upgrades, new lighting, landscaping and irrigated garden beds.
The job also included WSUD measures to help manage stormwater across the site, with the civil, electrical, irrigation and landscape works all needing to come together cleanly during construction.
Plot Works upgraded the existing gravel car park on Moreland Avenue, delivering a new asphalt surface, better drainage, kerbing, lighting infrastructure, permeable paving and landscaping.
Camden Oval, Novar Gardens, SACity of West Torrens
Camden Oval Car Park
Plot Works delivered the new Camden Oval car park for the City of West Torrens, providing a more practical parking area and better access to the surrounding sporting facilities.
Completed in April 2023, the $4.45 million upgrade was delivered for the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters and went on to receive multiple state and national landscape architecture awards.
