Plot Works delivered the St Peters Street Streetscape upgrade for the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, improving the street with wider footpaths, a revitalised central median, new trees and landscaping, improved stormwater management and upgraded pedestrian and cycling paths.
Construction started in March 2022 and was completed in April 2023. The $4.45 million project went on to receive four awards at the 2024 AILA South Australia Awards, followed by the 2024 AILA National Award of Excellence for Infrastructure and the National Climate Positive Design Award.

Plot Works is delivering the Campbelltown Village Streetscape upgrade along Lower North East Road, with new paving, footpaths, landscaping and civil works aimed at improving the look, access and usability of the precinct.

Plot Works reconstructed Rosemont Lane in Norwood, upgrading the old laneway with new drainage, underground stormwater storage, kerbing, asphalt, permeable paving and improved pedestrian access.
