Plot Works delivered the Moreland Avenue Carpark upgrade for the City of Marion, replacing the old gravel parking area opposite the Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre with a safer and more practical formal car park.
The job included excavation and pavement construction, asphalt surfacing, kerbing, stormwater drainage, kerb ramps and a permeable paved footpath. New trees and planting were also added, along with the underground conduits, pits and concrete footings needed for the new car park lighting.

Plot Works delivered the new Camden Oval car park for the City of West Torrens, providing a more practical parking area and better access to the surrounding sporting facilities.
Completed in April 2023, the $4.45 million upgrade was delivered for the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters and went on to receive multiple state and national landscape architecture awards.
