Rosemont Lane Reconstruction

Plot Works delivered the reconstruction of Rosemont Lane for the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters, turning the old private laneway into a safer and more reliable public road. A big part of the job was fixing the flooding issues that had caused problems for neighbouring properties for years.

The works included underground water storage and a pump station, a new rising main, concrete kerbing, asphalt surfacing, permeable paving around significant trees, a new footpath and driveway crossover, and new drainage outlets into Rosemont Street.
