Overview

Plot Works delivered the Newland Avenue Streetscape for the City of Marion, improving the area around the new Marino Community Hall.

The works included upgraded pavements and pedestrian connections, new street trees, rain gardens and additional landscaping throughout the precinct.

The project was completed in 2026, with Plot Works achieving practical completion ahead of the expected program.
